Other breakfast cookies and bars are nutritionally comparable to Erin Baker’s Breakfast Cookie. The ingredients, though, are not as natural. Quaker Breakfast Cookies, for example, have ingredients such as high fructose corn syrup, sulfur dioxide treated apples and partially hydrogenated soybean and/or cottonseed oil, among other chemicals.
Erin Baker’s Breakfast Cookies come in more than 15 flavors, including peanut butter and jelly, vegan chocolate chunk and caramel apple. The company also sells other breakfast and snack items, such as brownie bites and granola. A package of 12 3-ounce cookies costs $14.40.
