Apple CEO Steve Jobs presented the newest iPod nano at Apple's September event. The new iPod nano contains arsenic-free glass and omits PVC, mercury and brominated flame retardants (BFRs), thus making it the greenest iPod yet. Jobs stressed the importance of Apple's iPod nano, from its material composition and energy use to its recycled disposal.

This is part of "A Greener Apple" campaign that informs customers, shareholders and employees on both the short- and long-term environmental goals of the company. One of the many products experiencing the green renovation is the new iPod nano.
