By using the company founder’s original recipes, Jones Dairy Farm has been able to keep its meats from the over-processing that other meats are subjected to. Instead of filling their products with mechanically separated meat parts and chemical preservatives, Jones Dairy Farm uses simple ingredients—meat, sea salt and spices—and quick freezes its meat to lock in freshness. Almost 50 of the company’s meats are also certified gluten-free.
When it comes to breakfast meats, Jones Dairy Farm has a wide selection: pork and turkey sausage links, precooked sausage, Canadian bacon slices, cherry hardwood smoked bacon and more.
