Why do you need my e-mail address and a password?
After you complete your order, we use your e-mail address to notify you that we've received your order. Your password helps to keep your information safe - especially if you're sharing a computer.
I already signed in once. Why do I have to sign in again?
Sometimes, you have to leave your computer unexpectedly. To protect your security, our system asks you to sign in again after a brief period of inactivity.
I use my old e-mail address to log in. Why should I update my email address?
It is very important that you keep your e-mail information current in your Ogden Network account. You may be able to log on using an old e-mail address, but you will not receive any messages from us if your current e-mail is not on record. Also, if your old e-mail address is reassigned to another person, that person may receive communications intended for you.
