Blooming in the desert: On 166 acres in the Sonoran Desert near the southern Arizona town of Patagonia, the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center offers mind, body and spirit retreats and educational programs on health, raw food and organic gardening.
Conscientious Creature Comforts: Guests rest easy on organic sheets and linens in straw bale casitas or the Orchard House. The simple rooms are cleaned with toxin-free products. Lit by solar power, the straw bale meditation temple has a rammed-earth floor and is surrounded by native flora. The center also practices rainwater recycling.
Nurturing in Nature: You can walk a labyrinth, take a dip in the chlorine-free hot tubs, get a holistic spa treatment, or participate in evening meditations or sunset fire ceremonies in Sanskrit, Hebrew, Lakota and English.
Good Eating: With freshly harvested fruits, vegetables and herbs, the Tree of Life Café features organic, kosher, vegan, “live” (raw) dishes.
Experiential Awakening: Specialized retreats provide individual transformative experiences, while the Spiritual Veganic Farming Apprenticeship trains growers in sustainable food cultivation.
